It’s one thing to sit around and dream about the kind of company you want to create someday — St. Patrick’s Day would be an official holiday, work would be fun and clients wouldn’t be just clients, they’d be friends, too. It’s quite another to take the leap and open your own shop, but that’s how Branigan got started in 2004.
Today, those concepts are woven into the fabric of Branigan, and through the years a more defined vision has emerged: doing good — in our work, in our relationships with clients and each other, and in our world.
We find meaning through building relationships that lead to the work of energizing and protecting brands, shaping brand stories and creating unforgettable experiences. And, we’re still having fun, every step of the way.
To help clients achieve success by solving their business challenges, fostering stronger relationships with their customers and, most importantly, driving value to their businesses.
WHAT WE VALUE
Here are the two things we care about: Is it the right thing to do and is it the best thing to do? Now more than ever people want to work for — and with — companies that display integrity and trustworthiness at all times.
Positive, straightforward, ongoing. Communication is talking, but more often listening, and it is the foundation of mutually beneficial relationships.
Companies don’t seek out agencies they want to work with. They seek out people they want to work with. At Branigan, you’ll find strategic, creative and loyal people who value relationships, quality and integrity.
Tom has been a force for good in the communications industry for nearly three decades. As founder and CEO of Branigan, Tom’s established a culture that integrates the company’s core values with day-to-day operations. Tom leads with integrity and humility, believing that most true and satisfying successes come from collaboration.
Kathleen leads new business development and strategic direction for Branigan. Kathleen sets the tone for the team by her own example to out-hustle and outperform the competition, the result of which is a growing roster of clients. Kathleen establishes business relationships through trust and respect, aided by her nearly 25 years of industry knowledge.
