[Virtual Events]

Establishing goals and defining success are among the first considerations when re-creating a live trade show experience as a virtual event. Satisloh, a global manufacturer of optical equipment for industrial labs, turned to Branigan for support when it decided to not only host a virtual event for customers, but launch its own production studio.

Through the Satisloh Studio, the company intended to demonstrate its latest technology and interact with customers one on one during the virtual event. To make this virtual platform come to life, the Branigan Live and Creative teams coordinated with the video production company to equip and then livestream over GoToMeeting from the studio.

 

Satisloh sales reps scheduled several dozen individual virtual demos with customers from across the country. In a little more than a week’s worth of presentations, they closed five sales and generated more than 15 active leads.

According to the client, it has proven to be a fantastic tool to show new technology in action, allow for real-time questions from customers and set up beta sites at customer locations. The studio has also become an ideal “live” platform for internal communications and companywide meetings.
